Well I wish I could have had episode 2 of Death's Curtain released by now, but you know how life can keep you from doing things you wanna do eh?
Well the good news is I'm working hard on episode 2 and it will be out soonish. I refuse to rush myself, I want it to be good.

Also I'm going to release an updated version of episode one with biggy screen support with improved quality and tweaks here and there to make it better!

I'd also like to address Information about Dead Rain, because I keep getting asked the same things about it.

No there will not be an episode 6, and No I'm no abandoning the series either.

The reason for no episode 6 is because the series was my starting point in learning to animate, draw on the computer ect. and it has aged rather bady. So instead I would like to completely Remake the series from the ground up.

I have had the 5 arc story of Dead Rain in my head for years and years and I'd love to get it out there. But 5 arcs is huge. I've changed my mind about doing it many times, even thought of making it a graphic novel series at one point!

But Animation is probably the way to go I'm thinking. What do you think?

Either way I'd like to focus on one series at a time. Death's Curtain is fresher in my mind so it makes since to me to focus on that 100% and get it done, and get it done in a decent pace. no more 2 years between episodes yeesh ;(

Ps: Death's Curtain ep.2 is going to be pretty long. Do you think 20 minutes is to long for an episode? feedback is appreciated :)

I'd say it comes down to the file size. If it's a really big file, then halve it so that the wait isn't unbearable.

If not, keep it together.

20 minutes isn't too long for an episode. most tv episodes are 20 minutes. just tell people to make some popcorn beforehand and make sure to include a pause button.

also, animation is the way to go :)

Thing is its one of those movies that suffers from being split up. I feel like it needs to be together as one coherent piece, I can't really explain in detail without giving it away though. But At the same time I don't want the length to scare people away from watching it.
file size will be big to or course and I realise not everyone has fast connections.. tough choice.

I don't hink it sounds bad, but the time when the movie has loaded might take some time. But to put in in parts like: Death's Curtain ep.2 part 1 and 2 and so on would take more time then putting the whole thing together. So I suggest putting the second episode all in one.

And don't rush on your flash movies either, it messes things up really bad.

I think you should split it into two separate episodes. I hate the "Episode 2: Part 1" kind of format.

20 minutes may be a little long for some people but I'm happy with that. It's just best to set out a shit ton of warnings. I mean, there was an old cartoon that was legendary due to how long it as (about half an hour) and that turned out fine.

If it's something that you absolutley want perfect, keep it all in one. You may lose a few viewers, but I'd rather have a movie the way I want it, rather than make it different for someone else's convinience.

tell the truth, been a big fan for a long time, but thought you weren't making anything else, let alone something that had to do with that cool ass preview I saw a long time ago in the scary collab (er something like that).
